the look in his eye
hollow like a cave
inside
all the secrets hidden
like a gem
that we search for
many have died for
and I woke up one morning and
I found it
in a box
laying in my front step
do not open
fragile
stamped.
like a drug
it consumed
my curiosity
like a cat I did die
and was reborn
entirely
in the middle of a flame
and I realized that it wasn't all a game
and I put the world to shame
Metaphorically

What I want and what I need are two different things
For instance I want you
But that doesn't mean I need you
But wanting somebody can lead to needing their presence
Cause only you know deep inside they're the cure to your misery
One look at their face will make you feel warm and comfortable
But as soon as you lose it
You sure as hell won't get it back
Life is unpredictable cause you can't always have what you need

Okay honestly I want beautiful words for Andy but all I can get is a bunch of word **** about how I can't believe it, won't believe it.... So I'll just say for now that Andy is honestly the best person I ever met and though he is... Not not going to type that word fill it in yourself.... He lives on in our hearts forever. Someday someone should put his poetry into just a book because it deserves to be shown to the world. We love you Andy<3

My new home
One,
the same.

My building at birth
My building in later years
Leaving,  Returning
I'm reminded of much

My first few years
Are not forgotten
For many back then
Tell me now

I was only little
When we left
As a teen
I return

Flashbacks of past times
With our regulars
I remember much
I never knew about.

To me it's my   forgotten   *past
