small dwarfs are creeping in with their pan flutes to steal my insanity
and pain
whilst i nap.
I asked for a miracle
it came
wrapped with some fantasy.
Can't wait to see how life turns out after
I awake from my nap.

I am here
Where else can I go?
My mind can pull me
My mind can take me
My mind can confuse me
But I stay in stillness
I stay focused on my breath
I stay in this moment
I am here
Nowhere else to be
With life
With it all
With nothing
I am here

We have a unique opportunity
during this time
To expand
A wave of consciousness
has arrived to expand our way of being
with life, with ourselves, with each other
It's here to change and challenge our
old beliefs
and our way of life
It's uncomfortable
It's confronting
It's necessary
And as we slow down
We will see ourselves more deeply
We will see others more deeply
We will become aware of
our higher self
our higher purpose
And in this space
We will expand together

I cannot touch
anything

I like to walk
the streets

and feel

rub my hands across a
coarse brick wall

scratch my skin raw

trace my fingers over
the smooth words

of a street sign

grasp a thin handrail
and lean back

almost losing my balance

wipe the drips off
anything after a hard rain

it is killing me
this staying clean
