Cherish the silence
Clasped hands in peace
Open up your heart
Release

Serenade the ocean
Look upon the horizon
Open up your wings

A butterfly in my hands
Waiting to be Free
A land that will be
Just wait and you'll see
I'm Free
Free from the worry
Free from knowledge.
Free from the feelings.
Free from it all.
Free from pain,
Free from pleasure,
Free from satisfaction.
Free of useless, Pent up energy,
Free.
Body spent,
But mind renewed.
Ignite my soul
Welcome my pleas
Smirk at my grief
Steal it all away, please.
Excite my skin
Invite me to kin
Show me how scary life can get
Steal it all away, please.
Dance around me while I sob
Employ my sorrow
Pay me for each teardrop I shed
Steal it all away, please.
Pleasure my senses
Unleash my beast
And just when I think I need to cry
Steal it all away from me, please.
-Amy.
I steal a look at you,
And I steal the blue
of your eyes.
For a moment,
Your frame is mine
Your lips shine
The moment is spent.
I steal a look at you,
For a moment
Your wheatish hue
Is all mine,
Your warm smell,
Eyes of gazelle,
Seem so divine.
Thus my eyes dart
To catch your frame
In a game
That makes you my part.
But I can't steal your heart!
She's beautiful
She's cunning
She's bubbly.
She's like a Victorian figurine in the glass shelf of menagerie.
She works her way up
by telling the right words
at the right time.
She's impossibly perfect in every way.
I see her.
I can see her.
I'm not envious.

Because I saw her lie and steal in the presence of her perfection.
This is for the person who I should always keep my eyes on.
She has been lying and stealing since day one.
If I was to write a poem
On the story of my life
Words would fill those pages
As the stars steal the sky.*
