I draw on cigarettes,
Doodle with resin-
Blisters on my fingers,
They all think I'm playin'.
The colors brown & red
Are escaped when I shut my eyes,
And when I turn my face inside
I'm fine with what I see.
It's not dark, pretty light-
It's all clear skies,
Even with a chance of showers
There's always a sunrise.

i feel things too deeply
it’s just kind of the way i am
each laugh or each sigh
is a weight upon my heart
it’s like i can sense unspoken pain
within every crowded room
god i wish it didn’t have to be like this
i still remember what you said
why do you think
i stopped bringing lunch?
someone please make it end
it’s too much for me
my heart is too wide
just what im feeling right now

in the quiet depths of night’s embrace,
a thousand stars reveal their place.
we’re but flickers in a boundless sky,
brief as breaths, and bright to die
human existence is fleeting and fragile

my biggest fear is you seeing me
the way i see myself—
the cracks beneath the surface,
the doubts i file away

i hide my flaws in shadows deep,
but what if you should find
the fractured mirror that i see
when i look inside my mind?
i really need to stop writing depressing poems

Lonely and craving the feel of touch,
The electricity from skin to skin,
The magnetic pull from eye contact,
The I love yous and I miss yous.

But it's a craving best left unfed
To be touched is to be vulnerable and the electricity shocks my brain, the I love yous and I miss yous make me feel insane,
To look at me too long is to pick apart my flaws, and at the end of the day I'm better alone after all.
I don't know what does it,
I'm ****** in the head
But when I fall in love,
I tear it apart til it's dead
You read my poetry,
then turned away,
as if the words
had nothing to say.
Each line was a pulse,
it was a part of me,
yet you drift on past,
too blind to see
that my verses ache,
hoping to be heard,
yet silence lingers,
louder than each word.
The ink may fade,
but my feelings remain,
as I laid my heart bare,
was it all in vain?

And before we could even realise it
Everything we had talked about
Felt
And seen of each other
Was dumbed down to a simple moment
A moment where your eyes were filled with pure lust
No gravity holding the innocence of
Teenage love
My skin bare before your eyes
Did you even love me at all ?
Teenagers a glorified *** to the point where it's considered love
How can a hopeless romantic like myself survive?
